Despite the fact that they were here to clean up bascially messes left by the installers on my HVAC on both AC and furnace, he AGAN went ABOVE and BEYOND when he noticed I was doing my own plumbing project. "Old unit was not working and could not be repaired.  The sales rep. explained several options and stated pros and cons.  I chose the high efficient unit.  It has been an excellent choice.  It uses very little salt and provides soft water as advertized.  The installation of the new unit and removal of the old was done without any mess as care was taken by the workers.  All representatives were polite, efficient, and knowledgeable.  Once the salt was removed from the old container, an Aqua Systems representative came the next day after my call to remove it from my basement. "
