I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."

I talked with the and quot;head guyand quot; about my roof indicating I had lost several shingles and he said he would come and check it out. I had purchased an Angies List voucher for a roof inspection and minor repair. We discussed this and I understood it, of course, would not include roofing.

After touring my roof he said all the roof cap shingles would have to be replaced and gave me a price. No, he did not discount the $79 I had paid for the AL voucher(?). Seemed to think that was okay. Said it would take x number of shingle bundles. He left for quite a while...said he crew would be there within 30 minutes..wrong again. He arrives, crew arrives. Heard him and crew talking and crew said it wouldn't take nearly that many bundles. He comes in to leave and collect (before job is completed). I said not paying until job is done, besides heard the conversation so need to change price. We did.

Overall, he was arrogant, indifferent and not pleasant to deal with. However, his crew was wonderful. Worked hard and at the end did some extra for me. I feel sorry for them having to work for such a pompous person.

"I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Construction! Leonard (owner) is very fair and definitely knows what he is talking about. I was very confident in the work that was done. He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day. Leonard's knowledge and know how is definitely what made us choose Caliber Construction. I cannot speak highly enough of Caliber Construction.
