"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"It was a very good experience. They were excellent and the sales staff was very nice. They were knowledgeable and not pushy. They use really good contractors who were very professional cleaned up after themselves. They have a spectacular showroom where they have all the materials you could look at; also they had granite samples and all the hardware available to look at. It was a really nice selection! 

A year after the work was done on a drawer, they came out and replaced the drawer slider and replaced it for no charge for the service or for the new part."
