"It isn't done yet, but the construction manager is not being cooperative about some details that are very important to us. His comments on the material and timing for staining the deck are not consistent with information from lumber experts I know."

"Excellent service. They came out on short notice to fix a large leak in my roof and got it done before the rain started up again."

"I spoke with Beth and everything after that point went smoothly. Just as she promised it would Installing a new roof is quite a task but that team did well and were expedient."

"There were some issues because some of the gutters didn't get done. There were some issues. He couldn't get to them or something like that. I think he could do better. He didn't do much let's put it like that. We have already a gutter system in place. He didn't clean all of it, I think some were too high, I don't think he had a big ladder. I can't remember the exact price. I told him we didn't need a cleaning we wanted an inspection of the gutters. It wasn't quite what I wanted."

"Justin and his team did a great job on my floors. He was very communicative when the color I wanted wasn’t in stock. I ultimately liked the second color he suggested more."

"It was GREAT! He refinished the outside woodwork, replaced the deck railing and when the railing finish didn't uphold to the weather he has agreed to refinish it with a different stain. The railing itself is as sturdy as when he installed it, and the other finish is gorgeous. I recommend him 100%."

"After a tornado went through our neighborhood we were approached by a big box roofing company saying we should get our roof repaired. When insurance denied the claim the big box roofer disappeared and never replied to follow up questions. A few months later shingles fell off our roof and we requested repair by Good Roof. Aaron came out and said we should reopen our insurance claim. This difference this time is that Good Roof helped us to ensure insurance covered the damage and we were able to have our roof replaced. The end result looks great and we are appreciative of the extra time and effort Good Roof put in to ensure our satisfaction. Highly Recommended"

"Great.  Great attention to detail, craftsmanship, quality.  We are really happy.  This is the 2nd house we have had them do.  Both were our primary residences. Would definitely use them again.
