"This was a fairly big job to completely remodel our unfinished 1000 sq foot basement. The job took about 5-6 weeks to finish. Jeff showed up every day with his small crew and did an amazing job. Jeff was easy to work with and delivered everything we asked for. We also had Jeff's team replace our den floor with a heated tile floor which came out amazing. In addition, they also resolved a complicated leak that required some detective work to determine where it was coming from and thy were able to find and resolve the issue. "Excellent! Alta Renovations did my bathroom from the studs out. Tile, sheetrock, floor, vanity and the plumbing and towel hardware. The job was was in a co-op, with very frustrating "rules" and "requirements ". Most contractors would not want to participate (paperwork, time schedules and parking restrictions). Jose, the owner of Alta, abided by all the rules, whiles still keeping a smile!!! His workers worked neatly and orderly, knew exactly what had to be done, and did it. Very pleased. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule.
