I got a few quotes for the central AC and his price was the lowest. Installed in the attic that will be renovated into a room, he worked with me and planned and installed the air handler unit and all the ductwork where heâ d leave the center of the room open and did a great, clean job. He said the AHU upstairs and condenser unit outside would be quiet, I was shocked at how quiet everything was. It took ALL DAY but he installed an exhaust fan in the ceiling with attic ducts to draw out hot air, performed a chemical wash of the condenser, installed a wifi thermostat that required a new transformer and taught me how to use it.
