"Jose is capable of doing good work, ut if you're expecting fair pricing and professional communication, be prepared for disappointment. I was given two different quotes, one for $188 and another for $299. Rather than clarifying or honoring the lower price, he defaulted to the higher one without discussion. In the end, I paid over $100 more than discussd. This kind of inconsistency reflects disorganization at best, and opportunism at worst. For the amount I was charged, I would have expected a more complete service,such as cleaning up the leftover glass. But that wasn?t part of the job, apparently. He showed up, did the work, and benefited from my honesty when I pointed out the discrepancy. Unfortunately, that honesty cost me. The five-year warranty is a strong point, and I do appreciate the effort he put on a hot day. Professionalism is about more than just finishing the job, its about how you treat your customers and run your business. If you care about all that, Jose is not the one."

"We recently decided to create a separate living space in our home with a private entry way. We needed to turn a large window into a doorway and add a smaller window to the same space. We also needed a new door with a doggie door installed and a screen door for our patio. I called Masterpiece Construction Experts and spoke with Tori about the work we needed done. She was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. She arranged to have Brandon and George come out within a few days and give us a written estimate. The estimate covered all the details of the work we needed done and we were able to get 0% financing the same day. Brandon (Owner/Installer) also let us know exactly what to order (hardware & doggie door) before he arrived to do the work. Brandon was very easy to work with and knew exactly how to turn the space into what we were looking for. Brandon and George arrived at our home a few weeks later on time and on the date we had arranged for the work to begin. They had everything ready to go and got to work right away. I've never seen such hard working individuals take such pride in the work they were doing to make sure everything was done to specifications. They worked very hard for two days and did an incredible job. They showed up on time. They worked straight through each day with only a small lunch break.
