"I'm very sad this didn't work out. This is my first time hiring a professional cleaner, and I was hoping for better. I paid $275 for a basic cleaning after moving out. I asked specifically if they vacuum. Julianne assured me they did. They did fine on the bathrooms, and did the best they could on the wood and laminate floors. However, when I went to steam clean the carpet, I I had a great deal of dust and hair left on the carpeting. My first impulse was to give them the benefit of the doubt, and thought they had an awfully weak vacuum. But then, I realized there was no vacuum patterns in the carpet. The dust and hair clogged up my steam cleaner. I'm very disappointed, and cannot recommend."

"HIGHLY Recommend!! Shani and another woman from her team (sorry I don't remember her name!) came to our house last week and did an AMAZING job cleaning our 2bd/2ba condo. Shani mentioned on the phone that the service they'd be providing would be a regular cleaning service and not a "deep clean" though it was so thorough it looked and felt like a deep clean to me and my husband! WOW. They made our house sparkling clean in 2 hours and didn't miss a thing. We've had cleaners in the past not move items to dust (dusted around, ya know?) but not a surface was missed. Several days later my husband was still pointing things out that were cleaned very thoroughly. We appreciate the attention to detail and care that Shani and her team took with our home. "First I have to say that my house is very disorganized and really needed cleaning.  This was an Angie's List "Big Deal" for 3 hours of deep housecleaning.  I knew that not all of my house could be cleaned in that time because of the condition.  So, I had her clean my two upstairs bathrooms and the kitchen (mainly cleaning the blinds over the kitchen sink).
The person who did the cleaning was not the owner (I can't remember her name now).
She did a decent job cleaning and was on time.  However, I gave it a "B" because she didn't put things back afterwards (the window topper was still pushed up over the rod out of the way; stuff that was on the bathroom counter was on the floor).
I am undecided as to whether I would use this service again.

"I can't say enough about Sam and her crew at Web & Moore.  She designed a new website for my business.  It came out very professional looking and has helped with obtaining more work for my business.  She is very professional and worked very closely with me for what I was looking for.  Most importantly, after the site was up and running, google was resetting the website page, stating it was under construction.  I emailed Sam and within minutes she was on it.  She had to manually force the site on Google multiple times and then it finally took.  She had to do this process 20-30 times. (This was an error on Googles part, not anyone else.  Sam and her crew went over and above.  I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend her for all you website needs."

"Gary was  prompt and professional for each appointment.  On the initial appointment, he patiently answered all my questions, provided a good selection of products to choose from, and gave a quote for services.  The day of service, Gary prepped & painted the inside of the fireplace as well as all hardware on the doors.  For the finishing touches, he installed a new burner and fire glass.  When he left the area was clean and ready to be enjoyed.  My boring, outdated gas fireplace is now updated, and looks great!!!  I'd hire Gary again.
