"We called Mr. Plumber to unclog the drain in the dishwasher. Erica came out, and apparently, knocked or moved the sprayer arm at the bottom when she was removing the water. When we ran the dishwasher that night, the sprayer arm came loose and landed under the heating coils, burning the sprayer arm completely off in two places. We called Mr. Plumber and talked to Scott, the manager. Scott refused to replace the sprayer arm. We didn't get a notification they were on the way until 11:15 and they were an hour and 45 minutes out. We're still using them for warranty work and now the system, not even 2 years old, has died. It's hot, and they'll be here in 3 days to look at it."
