The companies they send out are not the best. Some tried to sell me services I didn't need, the others took forever to get parts and return. After finding out the work wasn't covered, I found better companies, paid them out of pocket and had a much better outcome. I think the $300 I spend on the warranty would have been better spent on service companies that I judged as quality. I did not renew this warranty and would never buy it again."
