The problem is that I was told someone would come do a walk around with me after the job was done and that the crew would clean up when they were done. Once the job was finished, the crew packed up and left and that was it. We did the inspection ourselves (because no one came back out to follow up like we were promised) and there were nails everywhere including in the ALLEY behind our garage (they shingled the garage). So disappointed in the lack of follow through. Not worth the price paid by a long shot."

Once in, I was called and things got much better. The three installers arrived on time, removed and replaced the window, cleaned up the mess and were done in 1:15 mins. Very professional and courteous. All of the questions I had. were answered completely. I am very pleased with the window and the personnel that installed the window.
