"We initially called Resnick Roofing after seeing positive reviews on Angie's List for a roof inspection due to a leak. Craig arrived to evaluate and recommended a roof replacement, which I knew was about due, and was not simply a sales tactic. He was very upfront, provided recommendations on things I could do myself to prep for it. Craig was also very up front and stated they would not be the cheapest if I was going to get estimates, but it was for good reason. After going through the entire process and spending $17,000, Craig was not wrong. The customer service was top notch. The workmanship was excellent. We were assigned a project manager, Jordan. Jordan kept in touch with us, and was always reachable via cell or email. If you want excellent service and workmanship, I highly recommend them. We will need gutters and siding in the future and will use them again. Their communication throughout the entire process was great and we used Resnick based on previous reviews. Those reviews were spot on."

"I would like to thank the Home Genius Exteriors team of Calista, Caleb and Devan for another job well done! After having our roof replaced, we called them to replace our leaking gutters. They sent a crew out and within 2 hours we had nice new seamless gutters and downspouts. The proof is in the workmanship, because it stormed Tuesday evening after they hung them. Not a drip or overflow. Everything worked like it was supposed to. If you need a new roof or gutters, you can’t go wrong with Home Genius Exteriors. "After I got 5 estimates, 3 for Asphalt shingles, 2 for Metal roofing I decided to go with First Choice because Dave explained exactly what he planned to do. The other contractor wanted to install the metal roof over the exiting Shingles even after I explained that I suspected that some wood decking was damaged and needed to be replaced. "I will use McNeely Construction for all of my home improvement needs! I had a leak in my roof that caused damage to the ceiling in my bedroom. I called five companies and explained the situation and requested bids. A couple were in my range, but I thought I would try one more, and I am so glad I did! They were the only ones to offer to tarp or temporarily patch the hole until the work began – that was the first clue that I was dealing with a company that puts their customers first.
