I wanted that valve replaced and wanted a bleed valve so when off, down stream water would drain out. did not use that method but installed different type of bleed arrangement. Filled the hole before checking system. Found no pressure on sprinkler system. In fiddling with the old valve, it got turned off. Lot of extra time spent on the job."
