And for my $14,000 I now get the added pleasure of giving them another approximately $2,000 in labor charges to replace coil and recharge the unit with freon! Not exactly what I expected to happen 2 years ago when Jack Nelson sold me on their service and product. Waiting on delivery of new Coil (none in stock) and hoping this thing doesn’t crater in this heat before it gets here and gets installed. I’m old enough I probably won’t be in the market for any more AC systems, if I do it again I probably would do it differently! Now I’m going to have almost $17,000 in this one !!"
