"I had completed the same repair on my previous house in the past and it was a simple process. I expected the replacement kit would cost about $20-$40. I was told by their office when I made the appointment that I would be told of any other repairs needed before work was commenced. They replaced the toilet bowl kit and also a short water hose leading into the water tank without talking to me. The total cost over $260 for what I thought would be a simple project. I feel taken advantage of."

"John and Andy were amazing! John responded promptly when I called to schedule the appointment, and he also responded promptly to a message I sent a few days before to confirm our appointment. He called me the morning of the appointment to let them know they were on their way and when to expect them. We had a long list of repairs for John and Andy when they arrived, and they were able to address nearly every one. They gave sound advice on the issues that couldn't be dealt with in the time they were at our house. They both worked diligently the whole time, which I appreciate when I'm paying someone by the hour. They exceeded our expectations, and we will be happy to hire them again in the future."

"I absolutely LOVE my new windows and patio door. The quality is far greater than I had expected. I just remodeled my whole house, including having new carpet laid down. I was nervous about my carpet getting messed up due the large amount of rain and all the mud. The installer was VERY careful, he cleaned up as he went around to each window. Didn't mess up anything. I was highly impressed and am looking to have some additional work done with this company.

"Went well, was very pleased with work, he developed an illness while working (sinus infection or bronchitis something of that sort) plus his help quit arriving, so it was just him, he pushed through and completed the project, my only complaint would be he did get in a bit of a rush and a few things were missed that I corrected after he was done but again he was ill, his help quit showing and it was HOT!!! He framed an 8 feet deep 44 feet wide and 64 feet long wrap around porch in a week! Fred was a great guy and would hire again"

"David did a great job. He met with the insurance adjuster to make sure that the work was covered under our insurance. He used quality materials and correct installation procedures. Everything came out fantastic!"

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."

Hello my name is Albert I was born and raised in Sand Springs Oklahoma and I would like to personally thank you for checking out my website. I'm not your typical contractor as I am a "hands on" business operator. I do not use any subcontractors I personally complete your project from start to finish. I have over 30 years experience including everything from concrete and framing to my now vast knowledge of finish work. I have 3 main vendors I have been working with for years that I get my cabinets, countertops, and tile from and they are all just within a few miles of each other in Tulsa which makes it easy for my customers to choose their materials. I also give you my discount on all these items as I do not make money off of material I make my money with my hands and skills. I take pride in my work and by not having a bunch of subcontractors I can complete projects much quicker and more efficiently than most others. Feel free to give me a call for a free estimate and hopefully we can make your project successful! Thank you for stopping by have a great day.

"My neighbors had ROCA Roofing & Construction (ROCA) remove and replace their roof due to storm damage.  I was impressed with the quality of work and the expediency in which the job was completed.  ROCA had placed a sign in my neighbor’s yard, so I called the company to see if they would come and take a look at my roof.  A sales representative came to my home the same day and assessed the damage to my roof.  It was a very easy process.  The sales representative and the insurance adjuster worked together to prepare an estimate for replacing my roof.  The roof, vents and gutters were replaced and the exterior of my home was painted.  The sales representative went above and beyond the scope of work approved by the insurance adjuster.  I told him that I needed to move numerous concrete yard ornaments from my back yard to my front garden.  He offered to move the yard ornaments for me and did so the same day with the help of another sales representative. I was so pleased with the work they provided, I recommended ROCA to two other friends which resulted in two other jobs for ROCA.
