"We had purchased a deal to have some work done. We scheduled an appointment to go ahead and get an estimate for the work we wanted done. We ended up having to cancel the first time due to some personal matters. When we called the provider to reschedule he said the next 2 weeks was completely booked up due to the big deals other people were purchasing. We ended up having to reschedule a total of 3 times, once because of our issue and twice because of issues with the provider and trying to get out to the house. When he came to the house to give us an estimate for the work, he said it was going to be another $450.00 in addition to the $79 we paid for the big deal. This was way more then we wanted to spend. We tried to negotiate other work that we had wanted done, such as the beams on our patio. He said he would be able to do that for the $79. He told us to get a specific paint to paint the patio beams, so we went out and got it. When someone finally showed up on August 15th to start the work, they told us we had bought the wrong paint. Due to our frustration we cancelled and didn't have him do any work and contacted Angie's List to get a refund on our deal."

After several attempts to find someone to fix our brick retaining wall(either didn't show up or said couldn't start for months), I contacted Fred. He had me send pictures and then quoted price and time he could be at the house. He came with an assistant and they did a fantastic job. We thought it would take several hours and they were finished in four. He tried to take less money than he quoted cause he said job was easier then he thought, but we gave him the full amount. "Fantastic. Booked only a week out from the call. Large professional crew arrived and did the entire roof in 7 hours. Clean up was complete. I didn't find so much as a nail. "The company was prompt to come to Enid to give an estimate and schedule the project.  The estimate cost was accurate. The project was started on time.  The installation and  quality of the work was outstanding.  They matched the texturing on the ceiling very well.   The paint did not correctly match the ceiling (fault of the paint store?).  The sun tunnel had a light kit that did not arrive with the sun tunnel.   The company was delayed coming back to repaint and install the light kit.  Perhaps it is because they are a young company, have such an excellent product and do an outstanding installation that they are very busy.  They did repaint the ceiling and install the light kit.  
I am very pleased with the completed project.  I would use Skylights Unlimited again."
