"I contacted Cornerstone for a toilet replacement and sink replacement. From the scheduling staff through the entire process was simply amazing. Bryson came out to estimate. I was given a fair price and I gave approval to order the items I needed. After a couple of days Bryson came back to install. He was on time professional, and did an excellent job from top to bottom. "Juan Carlos and his team did a great job repairing our ceiling. They had to go through three layers of concrete board and drywall on our old house (1925) and the repair looks wonderful. They fixed the ceilings and walls with cracks in 5 different places and then painted. They were courteous and professional. I would hire them again. (Note: some of the attached photos show before the paint. After paint, it blends with the ceiling and walls much better.)"

"Pipepals plumbing was 10 stars! Choice was 4 stars. They were timely in assigning the job but I had to keep an eye in the website as notifications did not get pushed via email as expected. They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."

"Paul Davis Restoration was wonderful.  They came out last year to do the work.  They were probably here from November through the summer.  They coordinate companies that come in depending upon what is wrong with your house and they have a guy who over sees everything.  Every single employee that came to my house treated it like it was theirs.  If they were here to do my floors, they made sure they didn't damage my walls.  For a sink hole it was a very pleasant experience.  I can not believe the effort they go through to make you comfortable.  They just went over and above.  I can't sing their praises high enough.  For a sink hole experience I was expecting the worst and I got the best."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
