"Eric did a superb job grading our 1/2 acre lot. Before, when we’d have rain, there were huge lakes, especially a large one right where we were going to put our home addition. We called Eric out and he graded the entire lot perfectly and packed in the dirt/gravel. We literally got a huge rain about 2 or 3 days later, and no lakes! Water ran towards the back like we wanted. He’s already scheduled to come back out to lay base and gravel for a long road stretching from front to back of property. Can’t wait!"

"Leroy gave an immediate estimate and said he could start today and did, came to work within an hour or two of when he said he would, listened to my wishes striving to complete them, and was pleasant to work with. I was thinking I'm going to write a great review for this contractor. I picked him because of his high ratings and was expecting the best. <br /> How disappointing that I did not have the wonderful results others claimed to receive. When Leroy finished I found a flower pot, bird feeder, and plants broken. There were empty water bottles in the yard. I would like to note that he offers no guarantee, deals in cash, is hesitant to give a written estimate, and asks for a draw every time he comes to work. <br /> Leroy used poor judgement pouring cement on a day it rained. He was here when the rain started yet made no effort to cover the areas where rain ran from the roof that resulted in washed away and thinning of the cement. The next day he attempted to patch those areas and was asked to cover them to prevent rain from washing them away again. He covered one area yet failed to cover others. The patch work covered looked awful while the uncovered washed away again. We decided not to have him return to attempt any further patching. <br />"

"Everything went well.  They installed piers about half the perimeter of the house. One disapointment I had was that in order to install the piers they had to break through the concrete, and the new concrete they fill the holes with doesn't match the existing concrete and it's a bit messy around the edges."

"Fernando, his son Frankie, and Jeb Kraft (substituting for a vacationing crew member) were excellent. Their experience, work ethic, and attitude were outstanding. Every issue that arose as they repaired work another company did several years ago was solved by Fernando. He always provided several options and we selected the best one for the situation. Because Fernando hand-dug the needed holes and trenches he had no problem when he encountered the main electric line several feet from where 811 had marked it."

"Needed to get rid of a garage full of construction debris from a kitchen remodel, including drywall, lumber, cabinets, etc.... Saw the Citihaul deal, and the few good reviews, and decided to see if it was worth it. It Definitely was worth it, considering I was thinking of using a Bagster - which I've used before, but was actually more expensive when you add in the pick-up cost. Jerry called soon after I purchased the deal and we set up a mutual time for him to come by. He told me how much he could remove, and it seemed like it would be enough. When he showed up, he had a large trailer attached to a truck, and was able o back up into my driveway. We spent the next hour piling junk into the trailer, and when I thought that was it, he piled even more stuff, making sure my garage was now empty. Great, personable guy, and I will use him again soon when I need another garage full of stuff removed!"
