"Called when they said they would, showed up at the beginning of the 1-hour window, and did an awesome job repairing out garage door. They replaced the spring and put new rollers on, and now we can barely hear it working."

"A1 was very professional and charged a fair price to repair our garage door. I felt the repairman was quick and presented us with all of our options before moving forward."

"Clayton, was very professional. He first took the time to look at the door and run tests. Once he figured out what the issue was he brought me out to take a look. In my case there were a couple of options. My garage door and equipment are old. He said he could easily make the repair, but noted the age of equipment. Then he told me he could also completely replace the mechanism that was failing. I had him replace it. The garage door goes up and down effortlessly; also locks easily. A very knowledgeable person and I loved the fact that he explained everything."

"I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs garage door repair."

"From initial call to Garage Door Services to the completion of repairs, I was treated politely and respectfully. The technician was here within an hour and a half of contact. He explained in detail what needed to be done and the approximate time it would take and the cost estimate. I asked a lot of questions, especially about safety because I am in a neighborhood with lots of children, and realize the importance of garage doors working properly to avoid accidents and injuries. The technition graciously and throughly answered each one. He was extremely professional and understanding of my concerns.
I would recommend this company to any and everyone in need of repair to garage doors. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will call them whenever I need garage repair services in the future!"

"We have been a customer of Precision Garage Door for several years, both in San Marcos and now San Antonio, and we’re always very pleased with the products and services. Our latest transaction with Precision was to replace an old garage door (we had already replaced the opener with Precision a couple of years ago). I started on the website to take a look at the general styles and options for the doors. The website is very helpful as a starting point: I got to “test drive” different doors in different colors and against different exterior siding to get a good idea of what the doors looked like. For the appointment to get a quote and order the door, Jason Dawson was great to work with. He was very thorough and listened well. He mentioned different options that I might be interested in and was very knowledgeable about the products. The door installation was performed by Ronnie Garcez, who did a great job! Ronnie is very personable and knowledgeable. He took time to make sure everything was working properly before he left, and thoroughly answered any questions that I had. The door itself exceeded our expectations – it’s even more good-looking than I had anticipated. We had insulation added to the door and are impressed by the clean and sturdy way it is installed. The door opens and closes so smoothly and quietly, we love it."

"Repairman showed up promptly since 12'x12' would not close. After reviewing old doors condition said it needed new cables. Old cables were not the problem so I fixed door myself. Took me all day. My old experienced overhead door repairman could of fixed in an hour but he's gone. Dangerous work but I needed it fixed so I did it myself. Never saw new cables nor ace nor a bill which is fine."

"I'm a pretty handy guy and planned to do it myself, but after about 5 years of planning to do it myself I decided to have RYD do it. I have no doubt that I could have stained the doors, but I am sure I would never have been able to do it as well as these guys did it. These look like brand new doors. My wife and I are very impressed. After bringing it up at work one day I found others at work had also used RYD and were very happy they did. This is a no brainer. I only regret it took me 5 years to call them! Also, the charges are lined out for you on an invoice before the job starts. They came to get them and came to install them within the exact time frames we agreed to."

"Marcos did a great job, fixing my garage door, it’s running smoothly now! Very friendly! Totally recommend Santex Garage Doors!"
