"Jake, provided excellence service and great quality!  The back fence was built so much better than average, with 3 crossbeams instead of the normal 2, and the posts were cemented in the ground with new cement and deeper holes.  The gate repair work was to replace the wood slats where the hinges and latches were located, so everything had to be unbolted to make the replacement.  Since my back fence is adjacent to two different neighbors, Jake gave me the cost sharing for each one.  Jake also helped me through the process of making sure utility and cable lines were marked.

My only disappointment is that he doesn't live closer, but I was fortunate that the work I needed to be done was in the winter, when he had more free time."

"Excellent service, excellent quality work, very courteous and professional, open to listening to and meeting our requests and concerns. Very punctual and kept clear communication throughout the project. Also, their pricing is very competitive. At completion of project great care was taken to ensure premises were back in proper order. We plan to use their services again in the future. We would confidently recommend Knuckle Creek Contracting llc to family, friends and neighbors."

"Did a great job 👍🏻 very friendly and good price"

"My husband and I moved into a house with a rain catchment system on it, with no idea how to run or maintain it. We reached out to Viking Water Well, after we couldn't find anyone else to come out and tell us why we suddenly lost water. It turns out our pump had burned up, because it was at the top of the hill pulling water instead of at the bottom of the hill pushing the water up, like it should have been. Sheldon came out, and told us what the problem was. We needed to move the pump and pressure tank to closer to where the water was coming from, and he was able to do that for us. When we decided to add an additional tank to our system we called them back up. They came out and in one day had a new water holding tank installed. They've helped us replace our UV Sterilization lamp, as we did not know what we were doing. Always friendly, always super helpful, and in my opinion fairly priced."

"We communicate by phone and text and worked out the details regarding leveling piles of dirt and rock. He took pride in his work and keep me informed throughout the process. Great guy to work with!"
