"On their first visit they were out quickly and gave a diagnostic of what the problems were. The guy (who was very nice) told me he would need to order parts and that he should have them in about five days. That was on January 17th. I gave the guy a $200 deposit and he left. I expected to hear back by the following week but I didn't. I finally called after about two weeks of not hearing anything and the woman who answered was very defensive. I told her that this should have already been taken care of, and that I gave a $200 deposit and she went on to say that they aren't crooks and that my money is safe... Regardless.. why am I the one having to call and figure this out? They should have called me to schedule a repair once they got their part in the mail. Finally on Feburary 12th the repair guy came back to finish the work. He was able to fix my gas range without any problems, but then told me that something was wrong with my Microwave - something he didn't see when he came out for the initial estimate, and that it would be more expensive to fix than to repair. He couldn't give a really solid explanation as to why - so I didn't believe him. I figured he probably ordered the wrong part and didn't want to admit to it and have to come back a third time, especially after having me wait as long as I did for him to finally come out. Glad I didn't take his word - because I called out a different repair company for a second opinion and they were able to fix the microwave for a reasonable cost."

"Pat was very responsive to my message and within a couple of days he was at the house repairing the appliances. He also conducted additional inspections and suggested I change the dryer's vent hose. When I asked why he showed me and I am glad I went ahead with the replacement."

"Called Daniel for an estimate on our Stove Top removal, installation and installation of a flex gas line.  He called back and provided a reasonable and accurate estimate and was hired to do the job a few days later.  Daniel and his assistant arrived on time and successfully completed the work.  Later that night I smelt gas and he returned my call and came back the next day to check all the lines for leaks.  There were none and he called back to follow up the next day to ensure we didn't have any more difficulties.  Since then we have had no issues and also had PECO come out and check all the lines for our own sanity and there were no leaks. 
We hired Daniel again a few weeks later when our SubZero broke down and could not be repaired.  We were not going to replace with a built in and no stores would dismantle the unit before delivering our new refrigerator.  Daniel dismantled the unit and removed from the house.  He then patched the floor boards that were put in around the built in refrigerator.
He is very responsive and easy to work with.  We will definitely call him in the future for work around our house."
