"Fraud & scammer! It?s 5 months & the job is not completely done. My driveway fence is not level, unable to close. You can tell he doesn?t know how to install a fence. See my pics. Major tools usage scratches all over the black poles of the chain link fence like he just painted it. Also screwed a few of my neighbors projects. They had to hire another contractor to fix what Kepu did not install correctly."
