      Why do you need help with your sewer pipe?: Other
      Comment: Hi, Palolo Gardens, 2140 10th Avenue, consist of apartment building, duplexes, and single family homes. Currently your company does a lot of work for me at Royal Kuhio. Would your company be interested in bidding on below projects? 1. 2138E 10th Avenue, near Parking area depression and bulge. This needs to be investigated, not sure what is causing issue. May be a leaking pipe. 2. Building: Camera first, then snake lines. 5 vertical stacks, 10 horizontal waste lines, 4 storm drains. 3. Clean outs on street side of building. Camera to check condition, give indication of drain lines for rest of building. 4. 2138E: Sewer Pipe Dip. Can email additional information. 5. Camera and snake: 2 waste lines for laundry room washers. Best to just replace waste line, since cast iron catches all the lint. If interested, let me know and I can email plans. COI naming Palolo Gardens and Hawaiiana Management Co as additionally insured with w/c needed if bid accepted. Thanks, Ed
