"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

My focus is always quality. I treat every appliance like it's my own. I never cut corners, even if it's more expensive. While some of my competitors may seem cheaper, I will take the time to make sure it's the best option for the customer.\nSame day service is available.

"Matt did an excellent work and I am very happy! It’s been at least two weeks and no issue from my water heater - no leaks. He was very responsive and he cleaned his work. It is not easy to find someone who can do both in replacing the damaged walls and installing the water heater. I hesitated at first how much he was charging for it was very affordable. It wasn’t a scam and he did an excellent work."

"Luviano Brothers Appliance Services originally removed all of our kitchen appliances for a remodel. They then returned to install our new Induction Cooktop. They are friendly, courteous, professional and most of all very knowledgeable, and efficient at their job. Their pricing is reasonable and they communicate very effectively with appointments and arrival times. We would highly recommend Luviano Brothers Appliance Services to anyone needing their services."

"Our experience with Ray O. Cook went very well!! Our HVAC system was the original when the house was built over 40 years ago. My husband's excellent Do it Yourself skills allowed him to maintain it and keep it running all these years. We received estimates from 5 different companies. Although the other salesman/estimators were good, Paul was the best. He explained all our options more thoroughly than the others and his recommendations for installing the HVAC system for our needs and house size made the most sense. The price was very reasonable and fair. The installers, Willy and Rick T were awesome. They both worked professionally and took the time to answer any questions either one of us had with the install process. They also did an excellent cleanup job. Erick, the install manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. The insulation was put in by Sierra Wes, a company Ray O Cook contracts with and they did a great job also. Lastly, the Ray O. Cook logo of a flaming O is super cool!!!"

"Rolland did a good job. Repairing our dishwasher . my wife was really pleased and we would highly recommend and would hire him in the future for any other appliances that need repair."

"The team did a fine job uninstalling, moving to my new home and re-installing my washer and gas dryer. Wasn't easy either as they were upstairs on both ends of this move."

"

Creig picked up the replacement and replaced the defective item. He made sure the work was done correctly. I will use his service again.

"He is a professional and knows his business. I would call him again to fix any of my appliances. He is personable and very good at his job."

"Excellent response/same day service-had parts for an old appliance-work done in a timely manner at a reasonable price! All other electrical and appliance companies didnâ t want to do the job-complicated by small in one stove/microwave unit!! Highly recommend and will use Paul again."
