"The company did do an advance measurement of my deck as I did inform them of its size.  The technician arrived as scheduled, treated the existing finish, then power washed the residual away.  I had also selected my own finish as I wanted  a color match to the prior finish.  After power washing and some time to dry the stain was applied; while generally satisfactory, there were a couple spots, which happen also to be when the deck is most likely to get a bit of snow, that the finish seemed "thin," and I have to say after some heavy fall weather, those areas have worn more.
