Even with all the rain days they completed the project completely on time, they even came on weekends to make up for the rain days, that’s unheard of these days. They cleaned everything up after a long days work too, they are very neat. We are so happy with our build and are looking forward to another project with them. "Doug did a fine job replacing my bulkhead to my basement. The quality of work was very good. I would certainly hire him for other projects that might come up. The only thing I didn't know about until he had begun the work was that I would have to dispose of the old bulkhead (metal doors & frame, etc.). It was not a big deal as the next day was my dump day and I didn't have to pay for the disposal, however, it would have been nice to know that I would be responsible for that. Otherwise, everything else fine and I'm very satisfied with my new doors and the quality of the installation."

"We worked with Prudential at the beginning of the year and they did such a great job that we decided to work with them again and boy did we go all out. We took the leap, got a home equity loan and did everything we wanted to do from siding to decking to even closet work. We could not be more pleased if we tried. I did get other quotes in the beginning, but you would not believe the number of contractors that do not respond to calls or emails. "I had a very large deck (>800 sqft) redone and I'm very pleased with the end result. It is sturdy and looks great. My biggest complaint would be about inconsistent communication, which wouldn't have been such a big deal had the project not taken 3 months. Shortages of pressure-treated wood played a major role in the delay in the project, but on more than one occasion a whole week would go by without seeing or hearing from anyone. This is an unusual time because of c-19 so maybe I just got a little unlucky. In any case, I got a great deck at a great price, and even with the delays etc, I would hire them again."
