He completed the work in the timeframe he stated, and on budget. He had to install an entire water treatment & purification system (filter, softener, on demand hot water, and RO to the sink) in a 75 year old home. Contending with the existing plumbing was not the easiest task. It was done clean & precise. Dave will not cut corners- I don't think he knows how (Ha!) "They, thankfully, were willing to come on a weekend evening (at a higher but reasonable price) to resolve the main line sewer backup. I've had this problem occur before due to roots in the line. High pressure jetting cleared the line. However, another backup happened again about five days later. Again they responded promptly and used a camera to find that some persistent roots that had survived the first line cleaning. After thoroughly cleaning the main line again with high pressure jetting the problem was taken care of. Rotor-Matic stood by their work warranty and there was no charge for the second trip although it took about an hour and a half. Jason also made some excellent and helpful suggestions for preventing future problems. Everyone was pleasant, courteous and professional. (Yes, masks were worn at all times)."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
