They collected all the parts necessary to correct the situation and came back to complete the repairs and reinstall the sink. "Miscommunication: What was communicated over the phone to the company was not clearly communicated to the 2 people who showed up. The hose that they went out and purchased was the wrong size, so they had to go out a second time. They also said the faucet was leaking as well and had to be replaced. Cost was $349 ($150 parts; $150 labor)."

Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
