I then inquired about replacing the crank mechanisms being replaced on bay windows. He ordered the necessary parts. Upon installation, one of the parts was defective, he immediately ordered the replacement part, that also was defective. He kept me informed of the status of the impending repair. The job was completed earlier today. Everything from the beginning until the project was completed was handled in professional & courteous manner.
