"I really appreciate the fact that they took the time where we had to call another plumber previously and he told me that the faucet could not be repaired because they didn’t have the parts but they went down and they found the parts. They had to go all the way downtown to a specialty shop. They didn’t charge me extra for the time that they had to go to pick it up. It’s like some charge you a certain amount per hour. It took them an extra hour because they had to go all the way downtown to pick it up and then come back to my house. They just charged me for the time that it took to actually repair the faucet. I figured that they were pretty honest."
