"It went great. I have been looking for a trustworthy, local handyman based in central MA, as I have several projects I'd like to complete in the next couple of years. I started with the relatively simple job of installing an interior handrail in my stairway, and I found Nick's name on this list. During Nick's initial visit, we also discussed larger projects I'd like to have done in the near future. He had great ideas, understood what I was looking for, and sent me detailed estimates for the work I'd like to have done. His estimates were more than fair based on others I've seen (or, more often, those who don't bother to respond because they don't want to bother with small jobs like mine). Nick called today because he and his assistant had a gap in their schedule and I took them up on their offer to come three days before our scheduled appointment. "These guys are the hardest working crew Ive ever seen. Showed up every day at 7am and stayed until 7-8pm every night! I cant say enough about their work ethic. Wladimir was great to work with right from the initial site visit, to the quote, and right up through the finished product. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to projects. I have high expectations of how things are built and the final results. Id rather have quality work over saving a buck. I had multiple contractors out and narrowed them down and eventually chose WS Builders because of my interactions with Wlad right from the start. Very personable, great guy and listened to what I actually wanted and didnt just yes me to death. He knew exactly what I was expecting from the start and his guys blew away my expectations. We had been saving up for years for a new deck and Wlad and his crew were able to deliver. He offered different products and didnt try to push me towards the more expensive options and let me choose what I wanted. (we went with Trex but he gave us other options as well) He was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or wanted something changed because I wanted it to look a very specific way etc. He was here the day the materials were delivered to make sure they were put exactly where I wanted. He was very careful to make sure that my yard had the least amount of damage as I told him from the start that was one of my concerns. We now have an absolutely beautiful deck that will last longer than my home with the way it was constructed. I wanted it over built and they delivered. If I ever needed more work done in the future, Wlad would be the first guy I call. If you are looking for a great company to work with I highly recommend WS Builders!"
