"They had to replace a diverter cartridge but they broke it. Initially, they told me that everything was fine but then I noticed that the water was dripping and not diverted correctly. They claimed that the spout dripping was normal and I had Grohe sent me a new part to be installed. The new plumber who replaced it showed me how the initial diverter's spring was broken during installation. Very disappointing, especially the fact that they did not take ownership of breaking the part and charged me an exorbitant amount for installation. They wanted the same exorbitant amount to install the new part."

He was very professional and courteous. After thoroughly investigating the situation he determined a small sock had become lodged within the mechanisms, which had jammed up the entire machine. He removed and repaired, and my washer is as good as new. He left the laundry area cleaner than when he arrived. I highly recommend Excelsior, and will hire them again if the need arises."
