"Contacted Water Heaters Now to replace 30-year old water heater. Shane ran through all our options, doing an excellent job of explaining the differences, pluses, and minuses of the many choices. Based on the conversation with Shane, and the fact Water Heaters Now is a Rheem certified "Pro Plumber", decided to proceed with Water Heaters Now. Even though we were not under an emergency as old water heater was still working, Shane and company were able to come out the next day. The installer, Jake, arrived on-time, was very professional, did a great job explaining the replacement process, explaining the maintenance aspects of the new water heater, and leaving the work area in very clean condition. Based on our experience with Shane, Jake, and Water Heaters Now, would highly recommend Water Heaters Now to anyone who asks."

"Aquarius Home Services' personnel are always friendly, efficient, and good communicators. Ryan Kahl did a great job for us servicing our water conditioning system. He is a good communicator and very courteous, exploring how he could provide additional help or service for us."

"We decided to have our softener fixed instead for replacing. Did not choose Northern Plumbing for the task."

"Our technician was great. He was on time and quickly identified the problem as a leaking refrigerator, which surprised us since we had seen no water by or under the appliance. He charged us a nominal fee since we need to find someone else to repair the refrigerator since the problem is the unit itself and none of the connections."

"Exceptional service. I called him, and he came right away on a Saturday evening and installed a new water heater for half the price the big giant companies charge. He was very professional."

"Incredible service! The work was explained to me as they went along and the final project exceeded my expectations. Very friendly and knowledgable. They left my home clean and clear of any packaging or old products. I will hire them for future electrical work."

"Matthews plumbing did a fantastic job repairing our water heater. Matt quickly returned our request for a service call. He went above and beyond by gathering any possible parts before coming to diagnosis the issue to ensure it was fixed on the same call. I would highly recommend Matthews plumbing to anyone who is having any issues."

"Tony called very shortly after submitting my project on servicemagic. Tony's suggestions for our plumbing remodel were what sold us on his services. He completed the project on schedule and the price was exactly what we had discussed when he came out for the estimate."

"The work was completed very well, they arrived on time and were very polite. The price seemed to be high and we had to wait for a water heater to be delivered and for the installers. So in all 4 different employees were here for a good part of the day. They email you ahead of time pictures & information about who is coming to your house which is nice as that way you can easily recognize who is at your front door."
