"For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. We interviewed a number of general contractors but we were overall a bit uncomfortable after the interviews due to gaps in transparency regarding how costs were calculated and how timelines were established, resulting in some lack of confidence. "First of all I am EXTREMELY fussy about any work done on our antique farm. That said, Vanni does a super job. The most meticulous carpenter I have ever worked with. Great attention to even the smallest detail. He is affable, prompt, honest, reliable and a true master of his trade. Furthermore he cleans up ALL mess before leaving each night. As stated we own an antique farmhouse with four barns/out buildings and consequently have dealt with a multitude of contractors over the years. He is the best carpenter by a long shot. If you want the best workmanship you need not shop around. Do yourself a favor and hire him."

The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level.
