"I am very pleased with this company - they sealed all holes with metal (lifetime guarantee) around home to keep animals from coming in as well as clean and sanitized the attic. Would definitely recommend!"

"Mr. Bratton was very thorough. First he and his son looked through our whole house (basement, attic, etc.) and then around the perimeter of our whole house and even under our small deck. He then walked me around and showed me exactly where all the places were that animals were getting in. There were many places once he pointed them out that were obvious, but in locations I never would have thought to look. He closed up all areas and left a few open with traps to catch squirrels, etc. A few days later, when there were no more animals in the traps, he closed up the rest of the openings. We had problems with mice, rats, and squirrels, and since December, we have had NOTHING!! Price was a little high, but totally worth it to know my home is rodent-free for a long while. <br />"

"A crew of 3 guys showed up promptly as scheduled and performed the work on my 4500 sq. ft. house in about 6 hours. They were thorough and very professional. They also set traps in my attic, though nothing has been caught since their work and there have been no further signs of roof rat activity. Their pricing was about half of several other service providers, based on my research. Their work is guaranteed for a year...no questions asked."

"Cooperstown scheduled time to perform the estimate. The supervisor was thorough; he climbed on the roof, inspected all of the gable vents, the attic vents and along the entire gutter line to assess type of animal infestation access points. He concluded I had raccoons nesting in attic. The scope of work included sealing the house and eliminating all access points, spraying a chemical in the attic to "encourage" the animals to leave. The work crew showed up on time as scheduled. They did the work as proposed. I am very happy with the quality of the workmanship. They cleaned up before leaving. They leave an "escape" hole so animals have a way to do so. The attic vents needed to be replaced which they handled without a problem. The supervisor returned at the end of the day to inspect the work crew's work. The next morning the work crew leader returned to assess whether all animals had left - they had left. Unfortunately, the raccoons chose to break through a soffit vent to escape rather than use the escape hole left by the crew the previous day. The crew leader closed the escape holes and replaced the soffit vent, no extra charge."

"I called A-1 Wildlife Service because I had grey squirrels in my attic area. <br /> Technician inspected attic area for signs of pests and found evidence of grey squirrels and flying squirrels. Technician left traps in the attic and instructed me to check daily to see if any were trapped. Several days later two technicians installed wire screening over roof vents (color matched to house) and metal stripping along roof line and gutter.  <br /> Have not had any problems with pests in my attic since (3 months)! <br /> Service came with a 1 year guarantee. <br />"

"We first contacted them about a few months ago. They came out and set some traps and we never really got anything. So we went ahead with the second plan which cost us about $1000 to get stuff put up all over the house, but we still have critters. So, now they have done the last thing that they said that they could do. It is still covered because they said that it would guarantee the price that we agreed for a year. I felt that it should have been 3 years for that price. One thing that I wasn't real happy about was that there was a little bit of over sale of what they could do when I made my original contact with them. We were hearing noises in between the walls of our house and not only in the attic. They told me that they knew exactly what was going on in my house when I called them, but they said that they couldn't make out what was going on when they came out. So, we are waiting to see as to what the process is and we have decided to pay a part of the money until our house becomes free from critters. They are currently in my house doing the work and they keep coming back when I call. We have already paid them $350 for the first contact. The price for putting up flashing in between the roof and the siding of the house is $1100. They have been pretty responsive except for once when they didn't come for a couple of days when I contacted them. They are punctual, as they come when they say that they are going to come. Most of the guys have been pretty professional. I have to wait and see as to how it turns out. I would continue to use their services in the future too."
