That wasn't good enough she had to repeat her lecture a few more times. After sending it in I was told I would receive a text when it was complete and I would receive an email with results within a few days. After a month I called and the same lady answered. She claimed to have sent an email, but didn't know the date and told me to check my junk mail folder. I checked everywhere but had no record of it. I explained I hadn't received the text either, she had no response for that. So she sent an email while we were on the phone and I received it immediately. I printed out the results but without the proper training or experience in laboratory sciences it was basically useless."
