"Terry and his team were professional and responsive. He was great at communicating and always available. If we needed to contact him, heâ d answer or weâ d hear back from him soon after. He was on site every day. They did a quality job and you could tell they were proud of their work. We are finally able to enjoy our deck. I wouldnâ t hesitate hiring them again. I highly recommend them."

"I've worked with Kirk Westrick of system pavers. He is a design Consultant for them and he painted the picture of our dreams. From detailing the tile texture and color he answered every question with patience and compassion. We were given an accurate estimate and ETA for project start and completion along with 25 yr warranty on the paver deck. Once the project is completely I'll show the transformation. Never would have found such a quality LOCAL builder with home advisor!!!"

"Excellent! Jesus quickly grasped the concept I had in my mind and helped me size it up and pick the materials. He and crew showed up when they said they would and when finished I had something I was very pleased with and proud to show my family and friends. I definitely recommend J&Y Remodeling for any patio or deck. The cost was more than reasonable. I understand he does interior remodeling as well so that's next on the radar."

"They showed up on time & did extra work at no charge as they replaced needed shingles - they noticed a bit of soft decking around our chimney when they were replacing the flashing and replaced a part of the decking while they were there. They could not find a match for the ridge vent shingles, so replaced all of the shingles instead of a few... Completely cleaned up when they left. They were able to match the roof shingles pretty well - almost an invisible patch..."

"We recently had the pleasure of working with Emilio, and we could not be more pleased with his service. He responded right away to our inquiry and came to us quickly. He gave us a reasonable price to build our gazebo and the work he did was top notch. Not only did he complete the gazebo, but he also was able to help build our tv console, which turned out great. Emilio does it all- whether it is electrical work, building or general home handyman tasks, he has the skill to tackle any job with confidence. The next day we had an issue with our locks, and without hesitation, Emilio came back right away to fix it. His responsiveness, expertise and dedication to getting things done right are impressive. Emilio is respectful, trustworthy and truly cares about providing excellent service. We strongly recommend him to anyone needing services!"
