He worked with our architects' plan and the terms in our historic permit to construct a wrap around covered porch, install redwood decking and custom railing, construct 4 tapered craftsman columns, frame and install a beautiful craftsman front door, frame and install 11 new double hung wood windows, frame and install a back door, and side the entire house in Hardieplank lap siding including the soffits. He also designed and built 4 custom corbels to fit under the roofline that accentuates the custom craftsman look of the exterior. Tile layout and installation is my forte. After 20 yrs in tile I have needed to adapt to current trends in the industry. In doing so, I have developed many other trade skills. Drywall, carpentry, and other types of flooring to name a few. Along with junk/trash removal. As owner/operator I have been responsible of many remodels in which I have not been able to rely on outside trade partners. Thus expanded my skill set beyond tile only. I have always stayed working with local custom home builders in the treasure valley and frequently deal with their design teams and handle most of the custom tile installs for their showers and backsplashes.
