"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. Service man arrived on time as scheduled. Took time to describe what he was going to do, the approximate time it would take and what we could expect with the finished product. The young man doing the work was very professional, making certain to protect every surface in the bathroom that would be affected by the glazing process. Once finished, thorough instructions were given as to care and maintenance of the refinished tub. Clean-up was thorough. The expelling of fumes during the process was such that minimal fumes from the glazing was noticeable in the house. Very pleased with the process and the overall workmanship experienced. Would use this company again.

"Email communication was hit-or-miss.  Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update.  The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great.  It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece.  It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though.  The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well.  I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again.

"Initially thought a 25+ year old toilet needed a new flushing mechanism, but after John evaluated, he noted another "future problem". John discussed options and we decided to replace. Communication w/John outstanding. The next day; John called to schedule a convenient time for installation and provided the option for his associate, Josh, to install the toilet at xx p.m.; or he could do so a little later. Appreciated this courtesy and scheduling option. Josh arrived promptly and he performed the job efficiently, and my bathroom/home was left spotless. Both John and Josh were professional, polite and personable! John stopped by as Josh was finishing the job to ensure satisfaction. Overall, an excellent experience. We will definitely call Mayo Plumbing should we require these services in the future!"
