"John, the owner of Triple J Electric did a great job helping us to resolve issues with hard-wired smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. I was impressed with Johns personable customer service skills. "It was 2 days before Thanksgiving and my power kept flickering on and off. I had the power company out to my home who informed me that the box where the main power comes in...under the meter needed to be replaced and I had to call an electrician to do that. I had been coordinating with another electrical company while I was at work, to have someone come out that day. Unfortunately despite their efforts to find an available electrician, by 3:00 p.m. they were still non-committal. So in desperation, I decided to use Angie's list for the first time. That is how I came upon Resolute Electric. Contact was made within 5 minutes, and Clause who is either the manager or the owner was at my home within 1 hour to complete an assessment and quote me a price. He had one of his electricians at my house within another hour and the work was completed by 8:00 p.m. . He did not charge me any extra for the late hour of service simply because he was more concerned about our safety then making or taking advantage of our desperation. Both Clause and Randy displayed a level of professionalism and work ethic that you don't come upon very often these days. That being said, I felt it was important that they're excellence be acknowledged. I can't thank them enough."

"I hired Brett and had never used him before. I based my decision on his prior feedback on Angi. My oldest daughter purchased a 100 year townhouse in Wilmington. The home inspector found numerous issues with the electrical including a recalled circuit breaker panel and numerous miswired outlets and switches. It was a large task. Brett gave me a reasonable offer and I hired him. When you first meet him, you know you are in good hands. He is very nice and well spoken. His work was impeccable. He showed up on time, both days and cleaned up after all work. The work was of very high quality and he went the extra mile doing several things that he did not need to do. In this basement, there was excessive unused wiring in the ceiling which he removed. If you need electrical work, he is your man. and his feedback shows it!"

"I am one very Satisfied customer! Chris and Debra of Galloway Electrical arrived early, took a quick look at what needed to be done, provided a very reasonable price that I accepted and grabbed their tools and went to work. They were very thorough, kept us informed of the progress, explained everything and even provided recommendations for future upgrades. Chris and Debra were very professional, courteous, respectful of our property and a pleasure to talk to. My wife and I were very happy with the final product and will definitely hire Galloway Electrical for any future electrical needs! A big "Thank You" to both Chris and Debra!!!"

"We are new to the area and after calling several electric companies settled on Crest Electric to do work in our home. From the first phone call and through our subsequent interactions, Dale the owner was professional. He showed up on time, was prepared to handle situations outside of the work we discussed over the phone and he gave us expert services. He was respectful. His work was neat and exceeded our expectations. He cleaned up after he completed the work. We are relieved because we have Crest Electric, a reliable electric company to call on. We highly recommend Crest Electric."
