"All of the fabrics were Scottish Tartan wool, with very specific patterns. It was important to me that the finished products meet my expectations as to placement of the tartan patterns. Burke did an excellent job. <br /> They also repaired the game chair seats, to make them strong and usable (with out me having to ask them.) They did the right thing because in their experience the existing seats on the antique chairs were to weak to use. I was very pleased with this. <br /> The occasional chair was a work of art. with back, in and out side, pillows and arm rest all upholstered in a bright tartan fabric, and out of place or off center patterning would have ruined the look. They matched the pattern of the fabric perfectly. <br /> I found them easy to work with, extremely fast and very reasonable in cost. I could not be more pleased with the work they have done. <br /> I will recommend them to my friends, and use them again when I need work done. <br /> <br />"

"We are very pleased with Harbros work and will definitely use them again.  I emailed a picture of our sofa to the owner and his son with approximate dimensions and received a call and an email bid the next day.  We arranged for the sofa to be picked up that Saturday from our house (free of charge), and Yannick and his helpers were on time, friendly, and professional.  While they brought many books of fabric that day for me to look through, I decided to find a fabric on my own online.  They let me know how many yards I would need to order based on my individual sofa.  The biggest wait time came from waiting for my fabric to be delivered from California to their workshop.  Still, I got my beautiful sofa delivered to me "better than new" exactly only 3 weeks after they picked it up originally.  The detail and craftsmanship were excellent, and the bid plus 5% discount for being an Angie's list customer were much appreciated."

"Denrick told me I would need two yards of fabric for four chairs. I bought Crypton upholstery fabric (because we have two cats that love to scratch upholstery and shed their weight in fur!) which was on sale at joann.com for $20/yd (originally $50/yd). I got a color that went with my living room sofa set. I dropped off the old seats and the fabric at his workshop. He said the original plywood was still in good condition, so he would just need to replace the foam with new 2" thick foam. Denrick called me when the chairs were ready and he delivered the seats to my home. He reattached the reupholstered seats to the chairs with new 1 1/4" coarse thread screws. The new chairs look fantastic and the thicker foam is so much more comfortable than before! This is the first time I have had furniture reupholstered as I had previously never even considered it as an option to replacing otherwise perfectly good furniture, but I am really glad I did!"

They helped my husband and I select a suitable fabric, removed the seat cushions from the chairs and returned them as promised in a week.  They are beautiful.  I'm sure I will use them again.  If you have well made furniture it makes more sense to reupholster since the new furniture you buy really isn't quality anymore.</p> <br />"
