I did not agree with this, but to be fair I did push on them at the beginning to submit firm pricing.  Not sure if the subcontractors revised pricing due to the busy Houston remodel Market at the time. <br /> Be very specific on the scope of work and keep after the management to ensure the commercial offering covers that.  Despite this they were courteous and hard working and would recommend to friends and family. <br /> <br /> <br />"
