"They sent tag team to convince me I had sewage flooding underneath my house requiring $2k of work. I watched closely and crawled in hole they dug myself. There was no flooding nor sewage backed up. I had to pay half up front and refused to pay second half. They finally agreed with my analysis but I still haven't been reimbursed at least partially. I will never do business with them again for any type repairs."

"Steve and Josh came out today to replace the grille and some insulation in my bathroom. They both knew exactly how to go about dealing with the odd size and dimensions of the grille and the opening and also how to go about making sure that the mildew would not reoccur in this setting.
