"We have been very impressed with the provider.  He is an excellent communicator and has kept us updated on when the work would be done.  Once scheduled, the work in our laundry room was completed very quickly.  We were not 100% sure on what exactly would look best for our room and the provider was very patient and diligent when helping us determine dimensions for the counter top and the walls.  The provider did a great job matching the paint to the rest of the laundry room and ensuring that the overall "look" was consistent with the cabinetry we had installed ourselves.

It took 90 minutes to do the electrical work and about 4 hours to complete the counter top.  The provider worked very cleanly and was respectful to our home.

We have been very pleased with this provider and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor."

"I think the finishing around the window could've been a little bit nicer. Our basement isn't really finished. It still the brick wall, cement wall.It just seems like it could've been finished off more than it was. They were quick. I didn't see a lot of debris or anything. I know sawing through cement can be messy but they seemed to be very clean and efficient. They were out here pretty quick. We checked around and they were very reasonable."

"We have used Rossbach previously for a bathroom remodel plus a couple of smaller jobs.  For this job they tore out the entire kitchen including the lathe and plaster walls.  They put in a pocket door and also replaced another interior door.  They replaced a kitchen window with a larger window including a transom, also replacing the exterior siding on that side of the house and an exterior door.  Our house is over 100 years old and they had to deal with the removal of lead paint and all of the complications involved with that.  They installed all new cabinetry, floor, all appliances, ceiling, all lighting and sink.  They are very knowledgable and very capable of all of the different kind of work our job needed.  They used good and polite sub-contractors.  They were very accommodating with late design changes (with change order costs of course), they cleaned up every night and were very responsive to my calls and messages.  We expected very high quality material and service and we got it.  We had one problem with an incorrect paint color which turned out to be the fault of the paint company.  Rossbach absorbed the additional cost without asking us to pay.  
We had three bids on this job.  Rossbach's bid came in quite a bit less than a competing kitchen remodel company and just a tad more than another much smaller company.  We also appreciated that they didn't mind our dogs and in fact released them from their crates (with our permission) when possible.  We get rave compliments on our kitchen and will likely use Rossbach again.

"Outstanding quality of workmanship down to every little detail. Did an amazing job remodeling our home. In fact we loved the work so much we also had pablo remodel our office space doing everything from completely gutting the interior and had them frame up 4 office spaces all the way down to the fine finishes. They worked super fast and did an amazing job. You name it pablo and his team can do it. Framing, drywall, painting, tile, hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, countertops, installed new windows, siding and will be hiring them again in the spring to do my roof. Extremely friendly and did a great job cleaning up and couldnt be happier with the work they did especially for the price. We had estimates from 4 or 5 other contractors but Pablo's communication and expertise on everything we wanted to have done made us choose them over anyone else's. "I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with my beautiful retaining wall. The whole experience with Genadek Landscaping and Excavating Inc. was enjoyable. From scheduling thru completion, not only was I treated with respect but so was my house, grounds and neighborhood. Thru the whole process I was treated with courtesy by Stan and his crew. When I told Stan my vision, he found the blocks I had envisioned (other companies told me what they would use and it wasn't what I wanted), when I changed the design a little, asked all kinds of questions and wanted an extra layer of block put on, everyone went with the flow. It felt like there was nothing else that mattered besides making my job and my needs top priority. I really appreciated the men keeping the area clean and I got a kick out of hearing "a clean work site is a happy work site". The wall not only looks great but having seen the accuracy, care and professionalism with which it was built, I'm sure it will last for decades. Not only would I highly recommend Stan and his crew, but so would several of my neighbors who appreiciated their workmanship, courtesy, and professionalism. I should mention that Stan's estimate was competitive and I appreciated knowing up front what any changes would cost.
