"I felt that I needed an alarm security system since my neighbor's house was burglarized. I felt it's not safe anywhere these days whether you live in a good or bad area. I agreed on a Sunday and by Friday's evening he sent Bryan out to get the alarm system installed. It took couple hours to get it done but it was worth the wait. I'm not good with remembering things and illiterate when it comes to handling high tech device but Bryan was so patience with me and taught me over and over again to remember how to use it. I'll likely forget soon but he said feel free to call him if I have any questions or concern. I'm very happy with the services I received from Michael and Bryan and deserved a 5 star rating."

"Theo was amazing! I had talked with the alarm monitoring company (Moni) about the issue and they were going to send someone out to the house to replace a sensor, although they were doubtful that is what t it was. In the meantime, I decided to call ProTECHt, even though they had installed our system 3 years ago. I talked with Theo, the owner, on a Saturday and he talked me through some attempts to find out what was wrong. I insisted the noise was coming from the sensor and he, nicely, insisted it couldn't be. He took me through some tests, we deleted the sensor from the system through the keypad and even took it off the wall and put it in another room and, lo and behold, we were still getting these horribly loud beeps from the hallway! As it turns out, the beeps were coming from a carbon monoxide detector in the same hallway indicating the battery needed to be changed. How embarrassing! On Sunday, Theo walked me through reprogramming our system and all is okay now. I don't know of too many business owners who would be willing to spend time assisting a customer on a Saturday and Sunday, do you? Theo charged us a $50 service fee, only at my urging."
