"Installed an egress window which required cutting through thick poured concrete walls. Great service. Eco Seal provided a thorough, quick, and price competitive quote. They got me on the schedule quickly and the work was performed by polite and respective people that cleaned up after themselves. I would choose them again."

"We just had Jayson Wright, Service Manager, to our residence to do an inspection of our egress window and a potential water issue on one of the basement walls. Jayson did an excellent job and explained everything that we were concerned about. I fully recommend Jayson Wright and Groundworks for any and all basement issues involving waterproofing."

"Erie Homes completed a basement waterproofing for us on 11/20/23. We were impressed and pleased by the professionalism and communication at every phase of the project. Brandon expertly explained the Erie Homes waterproofing system, sump pumps, materials, and warranty and provided us with a quote and pricing details. Having being burned by projects in the past, we came back with a long list of questions and conditions. Brandon answered every single one, made sure that we were completely satisfied with the terms, and added our notes to the contract. Project manager Gage and the team that came to our home was quick and professional. They periodically filled us in on the progress and communicated any changes or concerns. When the project was completed, they walked us through and made sure we were happy with the work before leaving. Since finishing, we have had several rainy weeks and a completely dry basement. Based on the product, work, and customer service, we will be highly recommending Erie Homes to anyone needing basement or waterproofing work."

"1 year later Mold, mildew, odor, soggy corners gone Our basement improved 100%. It is beautiful livable space. They let you know what caused and where leaking and damage is stemming from. Pictures taken during your personal tour of your property foundation inspection inside and out along with air quality testing. They waterproof & don’t offer cleanup afterwards. That’s your responsibility. Looking back I recommend except for laundry machines, refrigerator or deep freezer; to remove basement furniture any carpet before the operation. Best for everyone involved."

"I was in a bit of a bind with a client and was calling multiple companies to try and get a basement assessment and estimate. Everyone was weeks out which we really didnt have. I received a phone call from Marty around quitting time on Friday evening and he was on his way downtown and going to be passing the area where the work was needed so he was happy to stop and assess. He called me with what his findings were, took photos and gave me his true honest opinion of the basement condition. I then on Saturday morning received a full report and summary with an estimate attached. Marty went above and beyond to help myself and my clients out in a time crunch and he came thru with flying colors! I would highly recommend Advanced Restoration and Waterproofing LLC to anyone with basement and/or foundation issues. I look forward to working with them again in the future!"

"Chris Ruh contacted me by e-mail the day I bought the Big Deal (3/2/24) for a foundation inspection and returned my call the same day (3/3/14). He was ready to come out that evening but since I was not home he scheduled for the next morning. He called and arrived before 9am and got right to work. He was very friendly and professional and told me that he could tell my home was old but that the foundation was sturdy and found no evidence of damage outside of a few cracks around the exterior. He told me that I could easily repair those myself. Since I wasn't getting any water in my basement he didn't see any need for additional work outside of what I could do myself.
I always appreciate an honest business and businessman and would highly recommend Chris Ruh Cement Co and hire him if I ever did need work done.
