"I purchased $200.00 of plumbing service for $79.00 (special). I needed new fixtures installed for a leaking bathtub faucet, which I provided. 2 associates of Dublin Plumbing arrived at the scheduled time on Tuesday, 3/2916. They walked into the bathroom and exited. One asked if "Jim" had called me to let me know they would need to cut a hole in the hall wall in order to replace the fixtures. I advised that no one had called me even though my number is listed on this account and I had also provided my husband's number in case there were any questions, etc. We were not prepared for holes in the wall at that time and decided that perhaps we should just replace the 29 year old bathtub, surrounds and fixtures. The associates were very helpful in letting us know what we would need to purchase in order for them (Dublin Plumbing) to replace everything. My husband asked for an estimate. Jim was called and we were informed it would be approximately $800.00-$1,000.00 labor. Since we had paid for $200.00 worth of labor, we asked if this would be deducted from the actual labor cost and were informed it was highly unlikely. So, basically, we paid $79.00 for $200.00 of labor and received nothing but some advice. If Jim had called us beforehand and asked about access to the plumbing, we would have canceled the appointment. No one called and we paid in advance. It is doubtful I will use Angie's List in the future and we haven't decided on Dublin Plumbing yet.

"Shannon and another plumber, John arrived 10 minutes after the agreed time but went to work promptly. they used foot covers to protect our floors and carpeting. They were able to remove the stoppers and drains in a double vanity as well as stop the leak in a drain pipe under one of the vanities. They worked quickly and left no mess! Done in about an hour and I was quite pleased with the results. I would definitely use Summer Mechanical LLC again."

He was very nice and patient with me as I did my best to explain what I needed. He came out to my house 2 days later and after his regular hours, just to get a good look at the project and see if it was something they could do, all at no extra charge to me. They came out for the job, only a few days later. They were very prompt, friendly, respectful and professional. The job was so neatly done and with great precision. They cleaned up everything and left my kitchen looking great and the cost was quite affordable for the amazing job that they did. My husband and I have used different handymen in the past but I think we can comfortably say we've finally found the one for all our needs from here on. "Mr.Bell was able to come to give me an estimate on the work the day after I called. He was prompt, friendly, and informative. After looking at at the work, he told me what he saw, what happened to cause the problem, and how he was going to fix it. Then he fixed it! That morning! He arrived at 7:30 and was done by 9:30. He explained the fix and reassured me about the rest of the electrical service. He also said that in the unlikely event that there were further problems, the cost of this repair would be deducted. If I didn’t know the pipe had been sealed, I wouldn’t know there was a crack to begin with."

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
