"He was very responsive to calls and scheduled us pretty promptly after we bought the Angie's Big Deal. He had a tiny bit of trouble being at our house when he thought he would be over the 3 days it took to do the job due to his heavy work load. He was trying to juggle quite a few jobs while he was doing our job. Otherwise, he did everything as promised. We will hire him to do several rooms on our first floor.
