"It went well. I could have had less work done and saved money but I wanted the kitchen drain system updated so it would drain properly. This should avoid future problems. I called the plumber and was not interested in differing estimates. Randy's was prompt and explained the need to update the drain system to avoid future problems and I agreed. "They were here for two things.  They checked my dryer and told me my washing machine needed to be replaced.   They were also here to fix an oven.  They were quick, honest and on time and I was very pleased. "

"My father-in-law came over on Sunday night and attempted to patch the leak with plumbers putty and duct tape. We turned off the water to the house just in case. I called early Monday morning to make an appointment, and was told they couldn't come until Tuesday morning. But early Monday afternoon they called back and said they'd had a cancellation and could come between 2 and 4 pm. The plumber called shortly after and said he could meet me at the house in 15 minutes and was there on the dot. He was very pleasant and helpful, knew just what to do, and suggested that if this would happen again electrical tape would work better than duct tap and explained why. I appreciated that helpful hint. He was very tidy, always wiped his feet going in and out of the basement. He replaced a section of pipe and showed me the bad one and suggested causes for the leak, if I wanted to submit this to insurance. The whole job was done in 45 minutes, and I am very pleased with the work and the experience. There was no attempt to sell more than was needed, and I didn't feel intimidated or conned in any way. I would definitely call them again."

Replace Main Line valve into house
Remove and install garbage disposal
Fix two leaky faucets with bleeder valves. One required replacement
Fix continuous running toilet
Chris and his associate completed all the work in about 2 hours. This included heading out for additional parts due to the unusual nature of my mainline valve implementation. All in all I have no complaints with any part of the service and I'd use them again. I did not ask for an estimate ahead or time or get any other estimates, but the price felt fair to me based on past work I have had done.
