"I hired Twin City Home Services to tear down a wall, correct plumbing/electrical in my kitchen, and upgrade a custom workspace desk. All the work was expertly done on a timely basis. I really can't say enough good things about TCHS. Easily a 10/10. My house is older and has some unique features and they adapted and corrected. TCHS was reasonably priced and HONEST. I had some scope changes where they could have taken advantage but did not. I recommend TCHS for most projects. I'll never call anyone else."

"We are very happy with the work that was done by Cabinets for Everyone. We arrived at a new design concept, it was accurately priced by Vlad. The schedule called for the complete project to be done in two weeks and it was. Including installation of our new appliances and re-wiring of cabinet lights. We have recommended this company to many friends who have also had a top notch experience with the Cabinets for Everyone crew. Wilt Berger"

"Great. End result looks awesome. So much better than the last company I had do some chimney repair. Everyone on the crew was professional and did a good work including clean up. Joe suggested 2 additional repairs which were not noticed until work begun but no pressure and did a good job explaining the situation and options."

"Order arrived quickly - all in good condition. Have been using them for quite a while now. I love that the pieces lock together magnetically - so no sliding around. You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. Would definitely order from them."

"Great. I have already scheduled him to come back. It is hard to find skilled professionals anymore. Larry returned my call, scheduled the visit, arrived on time, gave me an estimate then scheduled to come back within one week. He came and did the work himself. On-time, tidy, professional, great results and cost-efficient."

"Wendell tore out an old staircase and put in a new one (wood). His craftsman skills are superb. He asked the right questions and offered alternatives. He was thorough and completed the project in a timely manner. I am very happy with my new staircase."

"Fair & Square was excellent. We had a very large scope which included repainting the entire interior, rip out and rebuild of the kitchen and three bathrooms, and removal of several half-walls. The work was done to high quality and any problems were quickly addressed. The Fair & Square approach includes a project manager to do all of the coordination and planning so there's a 1-stop shop. They are not so big that they're inflexible and not so small that you feel there will be a lot of unpredictability. Also we found Fair & Square to be very adaptable to the level of cost that we wanted to have, and not either locked into being high end or budget. We were very pleased with the detail and accuracy of the cost and schedule estimate, including use of a contingency. This provided a level of predictability that we've rarely seen in this kind of major work scope. There are specific contacts in their office to help with selection and procurement of materials and with follow up warranty service. Both are very convenient and responsive. The use of a project manager and the additional staff does add some expense however it pays off in quality, predictability, and responsiveness. Toward the end there were a couple of problems where we had to reach out to the owner (Mike Otto) for help and he was very responsive and helpful. Overall a great experience and we highly recommend Fair & Square for your home renovation."
